If you find yourself heading down to Kings Dominion for some good old family fun at the theme park, I wanted to give you some coupon tips that you can use, if you’re looking to save some money on your tickets.  What you’re going to find out is that if you implement these tips, you’ll be able to save a lot of money!

#1 Consider a season pass - If you live in the area and you plan on going more than 3-4 times, it will be your best bet to purchase a season pass.  You’re going to save $100s just by doing so, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how cheap a season pass truly is.

#2 Search for coupon codes - Yes, you can input coupon codes right online, when you’re ready to purchase your tickets.  What you’re going to want to do is do a recent results search.  You can simply use your favorite search engine, but make sure you search for the results that are fresh, rather than older.  This will ensure that you get a coupon that’s still valid.

#3 Check out local merchants - With any theme park, you’re going to find that man local merchants are going to have coupons.   Be sure to check out the local grocery stores, gas stations, and more.  If you don’t want to do all the driving, or you don’t live in the area, you can always call up the merchants, or you can simply ask around on local message boards.

#4 Look for a package - Not too many people think of this, but you can get some killer packages, if you include your hotel, rental car, and more into the mix.  Sometimes, if you find the right travel site, you can get your tickets for free!

#5 Scour eBay - People will have tickets that they have received as a gift, or maybe they have an exclusive coupon.  What you can do is search eBay and see what you can get.  If the price is cheap enough, consider purchasing the coupon / ticket.  You will want to make sure that you’re buying from a legitimate buyer.

These tips will save you a lot of money.  Try these tips out and by the time you implement them, you shouldn’t have to pay full price at the gate!
