When you’re ready to purchase anything outdoorsy such as skis, jackets, and more.  You’re probably going to find yourself on a website such as BackCountry.com.  If you do, you may want to search for some coupons before you make your purchase.  Here’s how you can do it.

Head to the main site: I’ve seen this recently and I would recommend that you do this.  Head to the actual site and you can see offers right on the front of the page.  See if you can take advantage right then and there.  For example, when I checked it out today, I was able to save 40% off skis and other related snowboards.

Join the e-mail club: I always recommend that you join the e-mail club for any retailer.  Backcountry.com also has an email club, so I would recommend that you jump on board.  You’re going to get offers, discounts, promotions, and more.

Do a search for codes: Many retailers online have coupon codes floating around.  What I do when I’m searching for coupon codes is that I will search for the most recent results.  The reason that you want to search out the recent results is solely based on the fact that you’re going to get the freshest results.  I did a search today and found at least 4-5 codes that you could apply toward your purchase.

If you don’t have to purchase right away, I would wait until some codes, or coupons pop up.  You’re going to soon find out that you can get some great deals here and there.  The recommendation that I would make is that you should wait until the off season to get the best prices possible.
